What better way to spend your “quilting or sewing Saturday” than with a group of friends who love to sew, fellowship, help you with tips and techniques and encouragement as you fellowship together?! This group meets the 3rd Saturday of the month. Our “sewing studio” is open from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and is set up with a table for each person, ironing board/iron, and a cutting table…you only need to bring your own supplies and machine. We have also worked together on service projects, making dresses, purses, etc., to send on mission trips or making prayer shawls to send to individuals.
You are welcome to pop in for part or all of the day, whatever works best for you! Bring your lunch or maybe run out to grab a quick bite together if you prefer.
Are you a beginner? We are happy to help you get started on an easy beginner’s quilt. Everyone is welcome!
