Welcome to Light Keepers!!
Our vision is to see each child instilled with the desire to connect in a personal way with Jesus Christ and to help equip them to share their faith with others.
Ephesians 5:8 is our theme verse for Children’s Ministry at Franklin Christian Church. It is our desire to partner with parents to introduce children to the Light of the World, to help them to develop a personal relationship with Him and to keep the light burning by sharing the Light with others.
We offer solid Biblical teaching for children of all ages and learning styles. We long for your children to develop friendships with other children, to be mentored by a wonderful staff of volunteers and to learn in a safe, fun, and comfortable environment.
Sunday morning schedule
9:00 am
- Nursery–Infant & Walker
- 2 YO: See What Our Great Big God Can Do (Basic Bible lessons from the Old and New Testament that show the power and wonder of our Great Big God.)
- 3YO–Kindergarten: DiscipleLand Life!Groups (A 3 year walk through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation on an age appropriate, interactive level)
- 1st–-4th Grade: LightKeepers Club (A large group worship setting with music, Bible lesson, skits, object lessons, small group break out, offering & communion time)
- 5th–-6th Grade: PowerHouse Life!Group (Class for Pre-teenagers) 2 year curriculum that helps preteens take hold of their own faith by digging into the scripture and tackling topics that preteens face.
10:30 am
- Nursery–Infant & Walker
- 2 YO: See What Our Great Big God Can Do (Basic Bible lessons from the Old and New Testament that show the power and wonder of our Great Big God.)
- 3YO–Kindergarten: Children’s Church–A large group worship time with music, Bible lesson, skits, etc. followed by a small group application time.
- 1st–4th Grade: Discipleland Life!Groups (Small group study time divided by grade) Each grade has a yearlong directed area of study)
- 5th–6th Grade: PowerHouse–Worship with Adults in the Worship Center
